1. Scope
These shipping policies apply to all orders placed in the Gerrys Treasure Box online shop
at www.gerrys-treasure-box.com and govern shipping conditions, delivery times, costs,
and responsibilities for organic products from Greece under Austrian law.
2. Shipping Process
Order Acceptance and Processing
After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours.
Shipping is processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as the goods have been handed
over to the logistics partner.

Organic products are specially packaged to ensure freshness, hygiene, and stability during transport:

8. Delivery and acceptance
Delivery
The goods will be delivered to the specified delivery address.
Absence: The shipping company will leave a notification. Acceptance by a neighbor is possible.
PO Box: Only packages up to 2kg; larger shipments only to street addresses.
Refusal of Delivery
In case of refusal of delivery or incorrect address:
1st Attempt: Return to us
Cost: Return shipping €15–25 plus new shipping
Cancellation: Full refund minus shipping costs
Section 5 Signature Policy
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase spirits on the website.
Pickups and deliveries REQUIRE ID verification and a signature from a person who is
18 years of age or older.
We strongly recommend that you provide us with a business or residential address for the best service. Failure to comply with this policy will result in your order being returned to the seller without a refund of shipping costs.
9. Damage in Transit and Complaints
Act immediately in case of visible damage: Inform the delivery driver and request a damage report. Take photos (packaging + contents). Report within 3 days to: gerrys_treasurebox@gmx.at
Undamaged packaging, but defective contents: Report within 7 days.
10. International Deliveries (outside the EU)
Special Notes:
Customs formalities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Import taxes/duties are payable at customs.
Documents: Organic certificates and certificates of origin are enclosed.
Delays: 5–14 additional days possible.
The buyer is responsible for complying with national import regulations.
