Sale of alcohol only to persons aged 18 and over

Our alcoholic products (e.g., spirits) may only be sold and distributed to persons aged 18 and over, in accordance with the Austrian Youth Protection Act.

For pickup or delivery:

The recipient must be of legal age (at least 18 years old).

A valid photo ID (national identity card, passport) showing the date of birth must be presented.

What happens if age verification is not possible?

If the recipient is not of legal age or their age cannot be verified, the goods cannot be handed over. In this case, the order will be

returned to us upon delivery,

not handed over upon pickup.

Shipping costs: The original shipping costs will not be refunded,

as the customer's obligation to verify their age takes precedence.
